Helping biotech, software and technology companies with growth-oriented transactions.
B C Burr McCabe Law specializes in helping biotech, software and technology companies with growth-oriented transactions.
The firm was founded by lawyers with successful careers at multi-national law firms who provide responsive service by focusing on a small number of clients. We cultivate fewer, more in-depth, client relationships, providing each client more attention from highly skilled partner-level practitioners.
Our clients are leaders in their industries confronting complex licensing, distribution and commercialization deals. We leverage decades of experience with these transactions to help our clients succeed.
